I had a complex case. Sean was upfront about the possible outcomes. He came up with a game plan and got to work.Sean was communicative through out. He let me know what was going on and what to expect. I really can’t recommend him enough. I’m keeping his number on speed dial that’s for sure

After almost 10yrs of military service I can honestly tell you that the military justice system (UCMJ) is guilty until you prove your innocence, but with Attorney Jocelyn Stewart on your side you may have a fighting chance! Remember to invoke your right to legal counsel!!

I highly recommend Jocelyn Stewart for anyone facing military legal issues. From the moment I reached out, her communication was prompt and her care was genuine. She showed a keen attention to detail and a hard-charging approach in every response and appeal. Thanks to her advocacy, my case resulted in a “no show cause” decision—truly the best possible outcome.Thank you Jocelyn!!

I had an excellent, very professional experience with Jocelyn. She explained everything I had questions about and made sure that I understood every part of what was going on throughout the entire process. We had a great outcome in my case and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your lawyer needs. Thanks for everything Jocelyn!

I retained Jocelyn Stewart from what I seen on TikTok to be honest. Her knowledge of the system and her promises to take care of her clients locked me in. You get exactly what you see. She was available at all times for me even though we had time differences (Washington State to Hawaii). I am so happy she represented me. Since I can't cover details, all I can say is that you will not be disappointed with having her in your corner. 1000% recommended!!!

SCAM!! After they take your money they will never respond to your calls or emails. They will assign the case to another lawyer that has no experience at all. A lawyer name Conner, doesn’t know what he is doing, he promised us lies. He won’t arraign meeting with us to go over the case. Doesn’t answer calls text or emails. Very disrespectful lawyer. And very disrespectful law office. We found out later that he is not doing what he suppose to do. He also lied to us many times about the case just to give himself an excuse for not doing stuff on time. STAT AWAY!!

This atty is the real deal. Experienced and knowledgeable, willing to put in the effort to defend above and beyond most attorneys. Very responsive to clients which is very rare. Wish I could give 6 stars lol.

Was worth every penny of what I spent to defend myself. As the wrongfully accused I did not know the extent of my rights and what could be done to defend me. Thank you!

The military "justice" system has become a weapon to push political agendas, DEI, and other social experiments. While most servicemen are patriots, a minority of troublemakers will exploit grievance systems when they are being held accountable. It does not matter if you are right or wrong - you will be flagged, investigated, and have your career put on hold for baseless allegations. You can love the military, but it's not going to love you back, it will leave you behind in an effort to protect itself. Working with Jocelyn I could tell that she takes pride in her work and defending her clients - she is a genuine person and cares about people. She is a bright, intelligent, and passionate litigator, and I highly recommend her.

Stay away. Spend your money elsewhere unless you have $40,000+ to burn away. If you are reading this, you are most likely going through one of the most turbulent times in your career and life, as I was months ago. From the first interaction with Jocelyn, there were numerous red flags that I chose not to acknowledge. Documents weren’t sent on time; communication was scarce, and I would be sent other clients' documentation. But, I believed in the Google reviews, the testimonials on the website, and simply wanted to believe I had the best representation. Yet, during this time, Jocelyn never did what she had promised. There were no witness interviews. There were no follow-up questions with any pertinent party. Nothing. But I trusted her. And I signed contract after contract with her. (She pieces out every portion of your interaction with her under a new contract; there is no flat fee—another red flag.) After paying tens of thousands of dollars, my situation only worsened (for a simple case). Ultimately, she stopped responding once the previous contract was up, and I didn’t have an extra five thousand to dump on top of the tens of thousands I had already given her. She quite literally ceased all communication with me at the darkest point of my life and my career. By the grace of god, I was able to find another UCMJ lawyer who is even better and a decent human being and communicates—and charged me a fraction of what I paid Jocelyn FOR EVERYTHING. And there was no individual contract for every scenario. I am beyond glad to say I am in a better place now but to no thanks to this firm. Stay away.

We are so deeply saddened to learn that you felt abandoned. Unfortunately, given the cannons of confidentiality and the sacrosanct attorney-client privilege, we are prevented from providing a detailed response to the specific concerns you've raised. What we can offer is that in every circumstance where we provide a fee agreement to a potential client, we explicitly describe what specific legal service we are providing and the price for which we are providing it. Included in those fee agreements is a recitation of the additional derogatory actions the command could elect to take and if the client wishes to pursue representation for any of those follow-on actions it would require a separate written agreement. It can feel very overwhelming when the command keeps bringing actions and levying additional derogatory actions against a service member. Not every person can afford to continue in representation, and that brings us no joy. We always want to keep fighting on behalf of every client whose case we begin, but that is not always possible. We also pride ourselves in being very transparent that each event could bring about another one. When a client lets us know that they are not in a position to continue with the follow-up derogatory actions, we also must be mindful about continued communication given our responsibilities to current clients, but we never want to make anyone feel that we have abandoned them.
In reviewing your file, we cannot find a request for forwarding any of the materials in your case file to your new counsel, including notes from witness interviews, attempts to interview witnesses, drafted affidavits of the interviews accomplished, and the signed affidavits submitted on your behalf during the representation. If your new counsel or you would like any of those work products, please get in touch with the Firm and we will ensure that they are forwarded without delay. Wishing you the very best in resolving your matters.
To edit my review since the owner cared to respond i am not and have never been an attorny, i trust you will actully do your own reaserch and actully look into the content she posts instead of taking her "I didnt do anything " attempt at trying to cover her tracks. All im going to say is look up messymilitarylawyer on tt. This "lawyer" day in and day out is posting tiktok, and thats just one of multiple platforms shes on, now ask yourself, do you want an attorney that is going to spend countless hours fighting to win your case or countless hours making tiktok videos. I think her page speaks for itself

Google's current policies unfortunately do not account for when competing attorneys attempt to tear you down. The firm's outreach efforts on social media are carefully scheduled and include batch video recording and editing so that our content does not take away from the all-important task of representing the best clients in the world.

For perspective clients of the Firm, we trust that you'll be able to look past this erroneous "review" which says nothing about our efforts to safeguard our clients' lives, liberties, and livelihood.

My career and retirement were on the line because of an unfounded accusation, and a process that does not necessarily require the accuser to have the burden of proof. Ms. Stewart went into action immediately, and now the accusations against me have been found unsubstantiated. Her communication was very timely and she kept me informed of all of her actions while ensuring every preparation was perfect. I could tell she is truly passionate about defending her clients and is a principled lawyer. Her team loves her and was just as devoted to my case as she was, which says much about her. Her approach to my case showed that she takes more than just the law into consideration; she also navigates the personalities of the people involved, and the nuances of the system that might be working against you. I believe she has excelled beyond mere technical knowledge and skill, to become a true master and even philosopher of the legal environment, giving her wisdom that places her above all others in defending you. I am deeply grateful to her for being my champion.

If you are in a situation where your military career is in jeopardy, I highly recommend avoiding free military lawyers. Having personally experienced their limitations and challenges, I decided to explore other options. That's when I came across Jocelyn Stewart, a professional who exceeded all expectations. Jocelyn displayed an understanding of UCMJ law and its complexities, along with an unwavering commitment to defending my rights. From our first consultation to the resolution of my case, she navigated the intricacies of the system with expertise and dedication. What sets Jocelyn apart is her unique ability to address military legal matters comprehensively and with a fresh perspective. Her insightful advice, coupled with a proactive and strategic approach, played a pivotal role in safeguarding my military career. Throughout the process, Jocelyn demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and an unmatched commitment to my case. Her attention to detail, along with care for her clients' well-being, instilled confidence in me during this period. If you're facing challenges within the military and are considering hiring a civilian lawyer, look no further than Jocelyn Stewart. Not only is she an expert in UCMJ law, but she also goes the extra mile to serve as your advocate, safeguarding your rights and striving for the most favorable outcome. I’m deeply appreciative of Jocelyn's representation, and I wholeheartedly endorse her to anyone grappling with the complexities of UCMJ law.

Ethan, thank you for entrusting your career to my firm. I remain overjoyed that we were able to highlight the corruption going on in your unit's leadership. Best to you and yours for continued success!

Jocelyn represented me through an EO investigation and Board of Inquiry that I thought I didn’t have a chance at winning. The complainant lined up 5 witnesses against me and I had no one. Through careful research and amazing evidence finding she proved that the group conspired to corroborate their stories and got them to admit it under oath. She was incredible throughout the investigation and process. The only regret I have is not hiring her sooner. 10/10 recommend
