Divorce has to be one of the worst things that happen to people. What I appreciated the most was how John viewed the human side of things. He took the time needed to understand my situation and how I was feeling about things, I asked John on short notice to help with my situation and he jumped in immediately. One of the things I appreciated about John was his availability and responsiveness. He is easy to communicate with and I appreciated him dealing with the heavy lifting when emotions would get the best of me. John was available not just during normal business hours but also late in the evenings and on weekends. John didn’t make me feel like I was asking stupid questions and explained what he thought the best path would be, but also was great in listening to what I wanted as well. Get your wallet out to pay for services not rendered For an uncontested divorce with no kids and lies to boot. Had evidence from day one of discovery and failed to present to opposing attorney on top of ill advise to settle early when financial disclosure given and not presented to court. Just a few more things to be aware of~didn’t protect my interest, specific duties not done, failure to conduct adequate discovery, drastically reduced the validation of my case without a clear reason, overlooked critical details & settled quickly before the court is to learn of his negligence, didn’t provide an advise letter providing a professional opinion as to the value of my claims. Didn’t include a recommended written settlement range & asking my permission for making a specific opening demand. He had a duty to provide clear explanations that would have enabled me to make informed decisions regarding my case. Did not advise of monthly updates and failure to communicate specific duties not dine when reminded over & over again. Was suppose to deliver final documents within two weeks of court, waited 2 months and had to argue to get them. Never brought up documented evidence to opposing counsel and allowed him to slander my name many times when I told him to take care if these false allogations. And opposing counsel is a whole not her story, everything negative about Ray Chamberland written on his webpage is right on, Find another attorney to actually work for you instead of one just interested in making sure he got his money, over 12,000.00! And I have heath issues and in Medicare!
