This law firm refused to address an association with Rocket Marketing and Design; a company that spams directory listing services, and refuses to remit payment for services rendered. Out of desperation, it appears that Jose A. Guerrero uses an unethical company to solicit potential clients. When brought to the attention of his office, the associate who answered the phone began laughing in an apparent agreement to the scheme.
