Lawyer Joesph Cheek I hired for a case on TVC- Pro driver for Truck Drives .He took care of my ticket ,but had to pay taxes on it 40 days later. He never showed up in court and never contacted me about what happened I called him after I got pulled over in another state and was told my license was suspended. Clerk of Court told me he missed his court date I told him and his first reaction was "Awwww I missed the court date !" I would advise everyone to stay away from him and his law firm. Very unprofessional and unethical. He never reported to the judge that he made a mistake afterwards I asked him to.He said No ! Never let him represent you in no way !

Joseph is a rude and inconsiderate person, a very self absorbed individual with no compassion for others he may interact with. He may be competent and capable as a legal advocate, however he is still a very small "human" being with exceedingly high expectations that he should be served with the highest priority by anyone he interacts with.
