(Ms. Angelina S. commenting negatively here definitely shows her OBVIOUS misunderstanding of the civil judicial process and award “guarantee” procedures. She certainly mis- judged Mr Lamore and unfairly rated him negatively). Mr Lamore applies meticulous investigative and discovery tactics and overextends his personal time and energy in the overall case investment towards his winning efforts cases for any plaintiff or defendant he represents. I had a very short consult where he spent the majority of the time telling me that even if he wins the money he needs a guarantee that he can get the money in the end, i.e. suing an insurance company. If you don't have faith in your ability to actually reclaim money for the person you're representing, why would we spend so much money on your services? He spent the last couple minutes trying to guarantee me that he doesn't know the person I am suing. I had a consult with many other attorneys who had a higher level of professionalism, listened to what I had to say about my case rather than telling me what he thought he already knew, and they seem to believe they're capable of actually reclaiming the money. If you don't have faith in yourself, I can guarantee you no one else will, and your services are probably not worth paying for if you have such little confidence in your abilities. I have heard about attorneys who just take your money, win or lose and run. He strikes me as exactly that. Go into malpractice then and go after insurance companies only, don't waste peoples time and little savings.
