I’m new to this work comp process but just from the phone interview i could tell Josh and his team were ahead of the game. He told me things that none of the other lawyers even thought to mention, on top of that he gave me time and really explained all of my rights and the way he would go about things. Now I’ve only made it through the 299 conference but when I say Karina Norberg knew every detail of the bogus IME report and put on a master class of how to rip it to shreds, the judge said it would take 5 days for a judgement but decided in my favor in less then one.
