Attorney Joshua Hall comes off aggressive, but in reality he doesn't like to do paperwork. Josh refuses to file motions in the best interest of his clients and creates excuses. If you need a diligent attorney to file motions and argue on paper, Joshua Hall is NOT the attorney to go with. He tries to push his clients into plea deals and fails to communicate timely. Save your money.

Josh handled a protection order that was filed against me. Once the petitioner stated his case, Josh recognized the facts and questioned him about the evidence he presented. The case was dismissed without me to even have to defend my side. He stayed in contact with me about my case until court. He left court in another county to make sure he could represent me.

Joshua hall delivered…. Sometimes I read reviews and think lot of these, especially the good ones are fabricated, but not this guy.
