The Law Office of Joshua Moody, to include his incredibly helpful and attentive staff, treated me as their priority at every stage the process. I was contacted whenever there were even the most minor of updates to my case. Early on in the process, we discussed possible settlements in my case, always with the staff letting me know things can change. In the end, and thanks to the hard work and diligence of the Law Office of Joshua Moody, they were able to quadruple the initial amount predicted. I just had to relax and let them do what they do. I could not be happier with the experience from beginning to end. I would have been lost without them.

Spoke briefly with Carina, (not the actual attorney), on 9/4/25. Pleasant discussion about my case. She asked me to email her a few things. I got those to her right away, and she promptly said thank you, and she would reach out soon with a decision/and or for additional information. Suffice it to say, she did not reach out nor did Joshua Moody. I sent a follow up on 9/10/25. That was ignored. Very unprofessional/rude/incompetent even? I’ve found representation elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Not satisfied at all, moody was assigned to me for a cps case in San Bernardino, I requested we do mediation vs classes due soley to the fact the agency had 0 ground on their accusations. He insisted I do the classes instead of mediation stating it's alot of in n out of the court meetings SMH more like he didn't wanna travel alot for the mediation, and since 12/1/21 my case worker has done nothing to help me get reunited with my kids. I have gone above and beyond to get these classes done and still I get no help, I explained this to Josh and I get the same song n dance everytime, can't do anything. I didn't ask the court to appoint him to my case, and im sure he's a good injury attorney but as far as defense in a state criminal case if there was a -star I would put that as my rating. Im very disappointed in his efforts to fight for me but also his responses have no passion or sympathy for myself or my kids and it's a shame, if your gonna take on a case then put ur heart into it, people and their kids lives are at stake here #DOYOURJOB!
