Lawyer Joshua R. Williams is extremely rude and immature. He didn't actually help, he just wasted a lot of time. He also said over email he tells everyone he's honored, there's really no difference if you're a stranger calling or his preferred client. He actually admitted to taking my case over email, so whatever his response is is just to seem cool. Also, I have never heard a grown man refer to doing business as, "My mama told me to never...". I sent over various documents, and then he decided to drop the case even though we had an agreement and he was the one who encouraged further phone appointments. Apparently, he has connectivity issues and has just dumped my case for vague reasons, but was "honored" that I contacted him. I have never heard an attorney say the words "honored" so many times during a consultation. He claimed he, "Didn't have time"... Then, he said, "Imagine if I were your attorney..." I'm pretty sure once a lawyer takes your case, makes a payment plan agreement, and encourages further conversations, this meant he was my attorney...we also had phone appointments so whatever changed was just his preference, but also wasted weeks of time to what he claimed was a lost email...

I'm am very happy with the results of my case and very happy that I chose Josh to represent me. This was a very stressful time for me. Josh was very informative and kept me in the loop with what was going on, I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a employment attorney I would not of achieved this out come with out him.

What a joke can’t help me because I can’t give them a email. Not everybody lives by emails not everybody lives by computers to go over this kind of stuff let alone do I know a lot of people that don’t know how to even use a computer let alone even turn one on. So I’ve been able not to help somebody because they can’t or give an email address is a little ridiculous.

I have not contracted with this business...only a consultation. They were efficient, upfront, and responded quickly.
