When I got hurt at work in September of 2023, I figured I would just go to the doctor, eventually have surgery on my back and go back to work. Well, that didn’t happen. In late 2022, I was side swiped by a driver trying to cross a four-lane intersection after he ran through his stop sign without looking. My side of the car took the brunt of the hit, and my car was totaled. After having to be rushed to the emergency room, and subsequently getting frozen shoulder, which meant lots of PT, I contacted Julio for legal advice. I have never been in an accident so I had no idea what to expect dealing with lawyers or insurance companies etc. Julio put me at ease right away, he explained everything to me in details, from start to what to expect in the future and promptly proceeded to work on my case. In May of 2023, I got seriously sick, and one of my symptoms included severe cognitive dysfunction. Because of this, I was not able to understand or remember many things like appointments, etc. but because of Julio who was constantly checking up and staying on top of things for me I was able to settle my case this year. He is thorough, will let you know his opinion, defends you, will let you voice your opinions just don't be afraid to ask, he guides you through each step.
