Justin Schwartz was hired by my family to represent my sister in a murder case, and he was paid half of his cost which was $15,000. He was paid $7,500 from my family and at first he seemed to be on top of the business when he represented her at her sentencing. He even won her appeal, but when it was time to put in work he vanished, stating that he needed the remaining of his pay. However, when we talked he knew that our family was struggling and that he accepted the 7500. But he did not go to court to represent her in appeals. He stop answering my calls, text, and emails. Each time I tried to contact him he has excuses and all he would say when I did catch a chance to talk to him is that he can't do anything else for her until he get all his money. But remind you, He got $7500 from us in the beginning. Now my sister case has been taken out of appeals and she had to file a post conviction due to misrepresentation and inactive support from Justin Schwartz.
