Absolutely HORRIBLE minors counsel for children. Kandy Sullivan loves to place children in the home with proven Domestic Violence (with police reports!) She reports on the issues and doesn't stick to what she states in court. She gives legal advice to the parent that is the high conflict party. This communication is unethical as she is a lawyer for children, not either parent. State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 4.3 — a lawyer must not give legal advice to a person who is not represented by them, if that person’s interests may conflict with their client’s. She doesn't remember issues in her cases because she has so many. Please report her unethical conduct to the state of the bar. She continues to ruin childrens lives that putting them back in danger over and over. You know the case is horrible when my ex-spouse mother does not agree with what her son is doing as well as what Kandy Sullivan is doing on behalf of her grandchildren.

There's a lot of negativity on the reviews to sift through, and for each one I can't help but wonder what went wrong and where, because my experience from start to finish with Kandy and all of her staff was nothing but pleasant and helpful. Now I understand that there is a certain resentfulness that comes along with having to need an attorney, let alone a kids attorney but hear me out. For my case, I'm a dad that wanted more time with his sons, so I had to request a child's attorney as a last ditch effort to help show a seemingly uncaring court that I was deserving of such a request. My divorce had been finalized while I was living in another state as active duty military so already, very complex trying to get as much time as you feel you lost over the years for the sake of service. Kandy was IT. I found every interaction with her to be professional, she was driven based on facts and evidence, and most of importantly of all she showed care for my children beyond what was required. She listened to them, looked at our case and was very transparent toward me based on my kids needs. My interactions with her staff were flawless. Billing was never an issue, even when I had to figure my life out one week at a time, they were willing to work with me and they never made me feel like less than. Kandy was assigned to my case by our judge, but I am ever so grateful she fought for what was best for my kids. I can't say thank you enough to you all for what you've done for our family.

While Kandy Sullivan has done a great job as my child’s attorney, the office staff—specifically Brianna—has been extremely unhelpful. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to assist when I call. It’s disappointing to deal with someone so unprofessional in a law office that serves minors. Better staff would make a huge difference in the client experience.

Took my money for divorce, doesn't respond to emails or calls, says court is slow but it's been years with no change in status. Update: fired Kandy and hired another attorney. In one court date my new attorney kicked but apparently Kandy files wrong in court and postpones dates just to charge me and rack up the bill. Filed with B.A.R. and will see you in court soon Kandy Ps. she was referred by a friend of hers so this lady doesn't care who she steals from

Mrs. Sullivan is very unprofessional and very rude and to be Minor's Cousel for childern she should be reported to the board im glad to see that I am not The only one who thinks this and as for her secretary Rachel/Rockelle if she does not Get Her Way or disagree wit her she will intimidate you then go straight to Sullivan like a child and make up lies then come back stare at you up and down like a 17-year-old girl and because she stands behind a person with legal background she thinks she could do whatever she wants and belittle people New address is 377 E. Ms. Candy is horrible!!! Report this office to the state bar! These ladies are the worst, they don't follow there own protocol on there parent questionnaire.
