I had an appointment yesterday with her at 4:00pm and I call them at 3:55pm to start my consultation to be potential client I was on hold for 19 minutes had to hang up call back then she called me back,then finally got to her and she tried to argue that I was not on hold for that long, explain my situation to her and had the feeling that she just didn't care about it after I paid $50.00 consultation fee over the phone would not recommend if they can't be on time for a consultation I can't imagine for the real time, if I hire her,no thank you she is off my list.

Keiko and her paralegal are frequently unavailable, often citing "vacations," and fail to respond to clients, opposing counsel, or even mediators. They have a troubling reputation for filing motions without consulting their clients or obtaining their consent. Despite multiple attempts to reach them via phone, text, and email, communication is virtually non-existent. In many instances, motions are filed without the client’s knowledge, seemingly as a strategy to increase fees. The firm swiftly issues billing after submitting these motions, which raises significant concerns. Furthermore, they misrepresent the status of cases to opposing counsel, their own clients, and mediators, creating false impressions of non-responsiveness or lack of agreement. Keiko appears to prioritize financial gain over the best interests of her clients, displaying a clear disregard for ethical conduct. This firm’s actions are widely recognized within Bell County Courts as unethical. Given their conduct, I believe Keiko’s legal license should be thoroughly reviewed, as she should not be allowed to practice law. For anyone who has worked with this firm, I strongly recommend requesting a full, detailed invoice to ensure transparency regarding charges. I suspect that unauthorized charges may be present. A formal complaint will be filed with the Bar Association regarding these practices.
