Firm had little.communication with me and took forever with my information (start to finish, 6 months), just to turn me down. I think they lost my stuff in a pile. Didn’t respond until I reached out. I am aware these situations take time, but no excuse for the lack of communication.

Got in contact with them in February about a medical malpractice case I was told a RN would contact me. It took three months for that nurse to call me, then she kept going on about a document that guess what I would've probably had 3 months before. Fast forward to June and I finally get an email not even a call saying they weren't going to take my case. This is horrendous service just stay away from these people unless you want to run out of time for your case
