Nobody ever wants to have to hire a lawyer, and particularly not to deal with an estate, but if you do you'd be hard pressed to find a better choice than Ken. He was kind, personable, honest and up-front about everything. Prior dealings with attorneys had left me with a bit of bad impression- seems like they were always hard to get in touch with, didn't do what was expected, and worst of all there was always, "just one more thing," that required additional payment. Not so with Ken. He was easy to reach, forthright with updates and changes, realistic with expectations, and 100% up front about the cost of his services. It's no exaggeration to say he's given me a newly optomistic perspective about the law profession in general. Thanks again Ken!
