Dealt with Kenneth in an unemployment claim and he met with me once. Said he could resolve this matter with little effort and then completely went silent on me. Tried calling his office several times for status updates and he never returned my calls. Finally went into his office and he lost his temper over me showing up and asking why he doesn’t return my calls.
