Mr. Hedberg has been an amazing attorney! I am very unfamiliar with the legal field so I was nervous hiring an attorney… but he is so upfront, honest, attentive, kind, explains everything in detail, and you can feel the care he has for your case. He is not like other lawyers where you feel as though he’s unapproachable or doesn’t care. You can tell he is passionate to help you and your case to get the results you want. He is something that goes to bat for you to ensure you get the results you are looking for. I wouldn’t want any other attorney :)

This attorney is prompt and attentive to your issue. He has been my attorney for several years now and has helped me to get my daughter back. He is now assisting me with custody of my son. He is on top of it and very professional. You can trust him to do what is best and right.

RUN!!!!! This guy will come in at the lowest rate per hour, but don’t worry, he’ll drag his feet and drain every penny out of you. I barely heard from him & his office for a year & half, then get hit with a bill for over $2k, the following week another bill for over $4k, then given 2 weeks to pay it or was threatened with an 18% charge. He would set up meetings, when I’d show up he’d be sitting there with a pen, blank piece of paper, asking why I was there?!! It was a 6 year marriage, no kids , with 3 items to split, after 2 years absolutely no result, back to square 1. After firing him & restarting with another lame Modesto lawyer he hit me with another $2200 bill!! With these heartless lawyers charging $300-500hr, CA feminist divorce laws, this system will drain you, try to settle asap!! These lawyers are like politicians, come off like they don’t like each other, but are having lunches figuring out the drama BS they are going to act out in the courtroom hallways in front of you. Careful who you marry, it’s a big business.

Such an amazing experience. Kenneth attentive, responsive, and reliable. I won't say much but what I will say is that he got me out of a toxic situation and I'll always be thankful. Kenneths receptionist Marci, answered my calls and emails in a timely fashion, she was extremely nice and listened too me when I spoke. I would recommend this firm to everyone and anyone. 10/10 experience.

Terrible experience. Kenneth and his office staff failed to return any phone calls or emails promptly, or any all at times. They refused to be accountable for any progress in my case. He told me (2) times he was filing a suit on my behalf, only to fail to produce any documentation of his work or filing after 6 months of retainer. Instead, he fired me as a client after I asked for accountability and proof of work performance. He is out to take your money and do nothing. His office receptionist is clueless. She is unorganized and gets confused. Never follows through on her word or her work. She even screamed at me for asking why she had failed to respond to multiple emails over months from me requesting any type of follow up or communication. Worst experience I have ever had. I’m not a “reviewer” but I hope I save others from experiencing this thoughtless attorney. I didn’t have extra money to waste and he took advantage of me clearly. Lesson learned.

r Ken HEDBERG For years we postponed getting our financial affairs in order. Finally, we enlisted the help of Ken & his office to draw up our family trust.. At first, we considered the services of a document only company but realized that we needed sound legal advice instead. Kens legal advice saved a great deal of money in taxes for our heirs. Ken is very personable & kind. It meant a lot to feel comfortable asking questions. He explained legal issues that we would not have known or understood. The Trust document was very thorough. We were also pleased to complete our Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare. Marci, Kens legal assistant is a joy to work with. She is a significant asset to Kens office.
