Kyle never made any promises but I can’t think of 1 thing that he didn’t make come true that he said he was working on. I can’t express how incredibly amazing this “person” is! I say “person “ because that’s exactly how he represents himself. Yes, he’s an attorney, and an amazing one, but regardless of what I was going through, he genuinely made me feel like I was not a bad person. We hired Mr. King after a year with a Dallas law firm that was horrible. He took our case and has been amazing. He’s done more for my husband in six months that anyone else could do in over a year. He has great communication he’s understanding and he’s always there if you have any questions.

Wow this guy is terrible. When they read you your rights and at the end it says if you cannot afford an attorney one will be assigned to you. Definitely get that assigned attorney. Don’t pay this guy a dime! Court appointed would be better. Terrible.

You’re better off with a public defender. He doesn’t fight for you. He just gaslights you. Seems like he’s more interested in being friend with the other attorneys and the judge than he does actually defending anyone. Massive waste of money. Just get a public defender if you’re thinking about this guy. He tried to tell someone that 20 months was a fair deal 😂 any other paid attorney would have gotten that down to probation. It’s sad how so many of these attorneys just take advantage of people. So yeah I repeat DO NOT waste you’re money on this joke.

Would highly recomend, Mr.King truly goes above and beyond. He was easy to get a hold of during the court process, and constantly contacted me with any new developments. Transparent from the beginning giving me confidence in a positive outcome. What stood out the most to me was, once I was sentenced and serving time already the facility messed up my paperwork not giving me my full back time. I would have done almost 3 extra months if Mr.King hadn't personally went to the courthouse and rectify the courts mistake. Taking time out of his day to do something he really did not have to and didn't charge extra where most would. Thank you for all of your help.

Hired April of 2024 to represent me on a 11 year old case. I paid 7,300 cash upfront. Before I gave Kyle a dime he was helpful and seemed to be understanding of my identity theft situation. The case should have been an easy dismissal due to a lot of issues within the case. Instead of fighting for me Kyle wanted to convince me that being on probation was the way to go. He never looked at evidence or compared anything. He honestly didn't show he cared after he got the money. I later found out the DA did t even want to take the case to trial so you would think that was an indicator for him to move in and file a motion to dismiss. He never did that at all. He worked with the DA to try to get me 3 years probation. I agreed to it just to see how you would react and he was all too thrilled for my liking. I wind up firing Kyle 2 days before my September court date and I hired Billy Clark of Dallas to get the job done. Billy Clark got on the job and did his investigations,which Kyle never did, and got my case dismissed!!! Do not trust these Baylor Law school graduates because they scratch each other's backs. If you want an attorney that will fight for you, HIRE BILLY CLARK OF DALLAS!! There is a lot of racism that goes in in McLennan County. Do not trust these people. They will take your money,smile in your face and then try to get you to pay more money by being on probation and convincing you that's the best outcome. If I had trusted Kyle King I would be on 3 years probation right now instead of enjoying the victory of a dismissed case which was dismissed by the exact same DA that he said wouldn't dismiss the case. A total waste of my money but a lawsuit will be filed. This was updated 03/13/2025after my case was dismissed 03/10/2025.
