Stopped by today to inquire about personal injury. Was met at the door by Brandy who kept us outside in the smoldering heat. From the moment Brandy opened the door she was rude and seemed bothered and irritated by our mere presence. When asked any question she just seemed bothered and I could see her frustration growing every second that went by, even when being asked about the process of making an appointment. Finally to get rid of us, she claims the law office doesn’t do personal injury cases at all (even though it’s literally listed as a service on your website. I have never felt more unwelcome in my life. Worse greeting and customer service I’ve ever received. Brandy's energy truly ruined my day.

Our office has been informed to not open the door to anyone that does not have an appointment, due to safety reasons, this is why we have a phone number on our building and website. We have now used Mrs. Perozzo in 3 different child custody cases, and all have came out in our favor, being the best suitable situation for these kids. She means business, she's a pitbull lawyer, and she really goes over all your options taking the time to explain why each one would come out with different results, ultimately giving you the most peace with the choice your making knowing it's the best route for your situation. We trust her completely in helping advise us through difficult decisions that have had to be made. I'm constantly recommending her, and will continue to use her.

Hired her for a specific reason and did not meet my expectation,Now im having to get another lawyer who actually does what the client wants.. Lawyer WAS NEVER AVAILABLE & DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO ASK WHAT I WANTED JUST WENT ALONG WITH THE CASE ... WIll NEVER recommend to anyone who needs help.. Its been 2 years since my case..
Ms. Tejeda, your boss/boyfriend always spoke on your behalf leaving me completely in the dark about what you specifically were trying to accomplish. In the future, you may want to be present for your own case to ensure that your needs are properly met.
Very Rude & Money hungry…literally did not do her job at all. threw the whole case & asked for more money after failing a rescue mid case did not use clients evidence ,did not let client speak to defend herself , Very miss leading came in bias definitely a Volture Preying on the needy & harmless
Why is it so hard for people to understand that you want to be paid for the work that you do, we have bills and employees to pay just like any other business.<br>If you would have paid our office the amount you agreed to in the beginning, then there would not have been a problem, we did inform you in the beginning that if you did not pay your retainer amount in full that we would not do any further work on your case till it was paid in full.
Very kind people, willing to help, compassionate and genuine about the matter at hand. Don’t think twice, go to her, and know we do not know Mrs Perozzo, this was our first encounter and she was the choice for us. We will definitely do future business with her.

Need a Divorce? RUN far away from Laurie! She will do you like your spouse did you! She will walk out on you on a dime & then take all your dimes with her! She does not properly file paper work with the courts, yet charges you as if she did! And wants more MONEY while your still STUCK with NO ORDERS!

Didnt send me monthly invoice and didn't know how much i owed her until 3-4 months later when it was all added up and then expected the payment within 30 days. Did nothing in my divorce and hasnt even done nothing since the divorce to have it was finialized after its been a month
