If I could them more stars I would. Jim has been in my corner from the beginning. He listened to me and heard what I said and what I needed. He is very professional, trustworthy, he goes the extra mile. He was able to get a settlement for me far above my expectations. The office staff has been patient with me as I didn't always reply quickly. Although my case has gone through Covid times, Jim kept me updated and let me know my progress. Unfortunately, I had to fire Leon Aussprung just prior to, in all likelihood, a monetary settlement this year. He doesn’t quite seem to grasp the concept of Informed Consent. Medically, nor legally. I asked for the name of the “specialist” he wanted me to drive two hours to meet with. His response was, “I don’t mean to offend, but why do you need to know?” My case was an Informed Consent violation case. He could not have possibly asked me a more terrifying question. Turns out, he was attempting to lie about my staging. No amount of money is worth having to interact with Leon Aussprung.
