I called today as a new client, Because my brother already has a wrongful death suit Assigned with hamilton in this company, The lady that answered the phone was so rude, And would not allowing me to talk to a lawyer, or anyone, Even though this was a new Lawsuit, She insisted they would have to call my mom who I assigned as the main person for my brother’s case. I did let the lady know that my mom has no information of this new case that arises from a total truck company, legally picking up the vehicle after the death of my brother on the road. She explained that she cannot talk to me, even though I did tell her plenty of times that this is regarding a new case not my brother’s and she’s still insisted she could not speak to me and just hung up the phone. Every lawyer I have talked to regarding this new case refer me back to my brothers original lawyer, which is this company, I am so upset I at how I was treated. All I wanted was some guidance!
