⚠️❌I was forced to leave a good review a while ago because my work permit finally arrived today. After almost 3 or 4 years, I can say that he is the WORST LAWYER and his ASSISTANTS ARE A PAIN IN THE ASSISTANCE. They don't answer calls, they say they'll call you back and they never do, always with excuses. I had to change lawyers and they won't even release the case files. DEFINITELY THE WORST LAWYER WE COULD HAVE HAD. BE CAREFUL ❌🚫

This law office has been one of the most irresponsible and unprofessional experiences I have ever had. They are only interested in taking your money, and once they have it, they completely stop caring about you as a client. Communication is almost nonexistent — they rarely answer the phone, and when they do, the only response you get is “the lawyer isn't in,” followed by an empty promise of a call back that never comes. Emails go unanswered for weeks, sometimes forever. Attorney Manuel Gomez himself is extremely rude and disrespectful toward the very clients who pay for his services. I paid him $12,000 for my SIJS case, under a clear agreement that his office would represent me until I received my green card. After taking my money, he suddenly refused to represent me anymore, without giving me any explanation, and even had the nerve to claim I still owed him an additional $2,000. To make matters worse, his negligence caused my work permit renewal to be denied. Instead of taking responsibility, his office ignored my calls and emails for months, leaving me without a work permit and without answers. Every time I tried to get information, I was brushed off with excuses, and after more than two months of waiting, I was forced to find a new attorney just to get proper legal help. This office does not deliver what it promises, does not respect its clients, and shows a complete lack of professionalism. They take your money, provide the bare minimum, and abandon you when you need them most. In short: I do not recommend this office to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away. You will be ignored, mistreated, and left with nothing but frustration and lost money. During this time, we encountered constant issues with hidden fees being added without explanation or consent. When questioned, the attorney blamed the front desk staff, who, in turn, claimed the fees were their decision—a clear lack of responsibility. Communication has been poor and, at times, downright disrespectful. Most discouraging is that he seems more interested in collecting fees than actually helping his clients. It is incredibly disappointing to see someone take advantage of people in their own community who are already in vulnerable situations. Horrible communication it seems like I hired the secretary not the attorney . They don’t return calls I don’t recommend .

Dear Latino community, Please beware of this lawyer who preys on the Latino community. He charges extremely high prices, and then after being paid, he doesn't comply with the terms, only to demand more and more money. To top it all off, the dishonest and despicable way he treats people who sadly need professional help is outrageous, and he mocks the needs of those of us trying to legalize our rights. A horrifying experience!!!

Our family has suffered not only an extremely awful experience with this so called lawyer. Not much of a lawyer but more of a scammer. Despite our signed contract, he failed to deliver the promised legal services, causing unnecessary delays and financial hardship. Repeated attempts to resolve the issue were ignored, showing lack of professionalism and accountability. To anyone looking for representation, please stay away of this office. His abuse is really beyond anything tolerable.

Very bad, it doesn't update your address and then it's a problem, it doesn't check if your work permit is being reviewed, nothing, when I changed lawyers you can see a big difference, if I could I wouldn't give it even one star

The worst office in history, if I could give 0 stars I would do it without hesitation, like many I was carried away by the good reviews, but this office is a scam, at all times they do not inform me about my case, I had to be aware and I called them when I saw movement in my case and their response if we communicated later, they never called until I went to the office in person, these people asked to close my case without even consulting it, they also do not want to give me a copy of everything they supposedly worked on, I literally lost my money, since they do not want to give me copies of anything, on the day of my hearing they did not even take the time to notify me what date it was, I had to be the one who looked online, if they want to hire someone who is not on top of your case this is the office, I lost my money and my time with them

At the first meeting, I can feel right away atty. Manuel’s sincerity to help - the experience was reassuring. His staff showed expertise, humility, and cheerfulness as felt during following meetings. Staff are very meticulous but helpful in obtaining relevant documents, prompt in reporting progress, and are proactive.
