This firm was referred to me by a colleague. However, my experience with them is quite poor. I initially reached out via the firm's website to inquire about representing a family member in what I anticipate will be a tort action. Besides an automated email, I never got a response. I called the firm almost a month later (I waited for the holiday season to pass first), and was told that I'd get a call back "after lunch." I never got a call back. So three days later, I called again. This time the receptionist put me on hold, and after a short wait, she (not an attorney) told me that they would not take the case. I never even had the opportunity to speak to an attorney. It's fine that they don't want to take the case, but I don't think it really needed to take over a month and multiple inquiries for them to let me know. It's disappointing, especially when I made a sincere effort to explore representation based on a referral.
