Understandably, he can’t always reply that quickly, but he always responds promptly and gives each question or concern the attention it deserves. Now, Matt wasn’t a shoulder to cry on kind of guy (he is very no nonsense), but I never doubted his genuine compassion and always felt 100% supported throughout my journey.
