I am completely satisfied with the service that the Law Office of Matthew Charles Suczynski provide me. They exceeded my expectation. I recommend them to anyone that needs legal representation in traffic matters.
Make basic mistakes (like forgetting to sign their restitution checks) then down-play it as no big deal arguing they were doing their client a favor. The response below is very defamatory and untruthful(!) showing further how immature and dishonest this law firm is.
Mr. Mitchell,<br><br>Let’s clarify the events surrounding your interaction with our office, which you are now using to spread misinformation and not holiday cheer.<br><br>The facts of the situation are as follows:<br><br>1. You left your car keys at a pharmacy counter.<br>2. An unsuspecting woman mistakenly picked them up.<br>3. You filed a police report, leading the Chatham County Sheriff’s Office to spend significant time reviewing security footage and using facial recognition software to identify the woman who mistakenly picked up the keys you misplaced.<br>4. You then leveraged the police department to threaten this woman with charges.<br>5. We acted as an intermediary to facilitate an easy resolution. <br>6. She subsequently agreed to pay you $980.41 to resolve the matter and be left alone.<br>7. On December 15, 2025, she came to our office and paid the $980.41. We offered to give you the cash she dropped off but you insisted on a check. In the haste to meet your immediate demand for payment and a check, my staff member inadvertently issued you an unsigned check, failing to follow normal protocol.<br>8. On the afternoon of December 29, 2025, you notified us of the error. My staff immediately offered to issue a new, signed check.<br>9. You arrived at 4:30 PM, received the signed check in exchange for the unsigned one, and then refused to leave until you spoke with me.<br>10. At some point we suggested that you use mobile deposit to save yourself time but you insisted on driving back to the bank and complained about having to do so.<br>11. After I finished my meeting, you proceeded to berate me about a situation I had nothing to do with, but which I immediately corrected.<br><br>Still dissatisfied after receiving the full payment of $980.41 for a mistake you made, you then decided to attack our business with a one-star review for a situation in which we received no payment and have spent considerable time resolving.<br><br>In conclusion, your inability to accept personal responsibility for losing your keys has wasted the time of my staff, the innocent woman from the pharmacy, and our sheriff's department. Unprofessional. Inattentive. Lazy. bordering scam-like behavior. Originally got representation via solicited mail, paid the fee and not once ever got to speak with the attorney. paralegal was mean, abrasive, rude. despite asking twice to speak with my attorney never got to, decided to go with another attorney that was MUCH better. After requesting a refund due to services not provided a month later the paralegal (not the attorney) calls me a day before the court date wanting to ask me questions about the case, still no refund. disgusting behavior and service.
