Very unprofessional and rude. Made me believe they were knowledgeable in immigration laws and proceedings but they don’t. After signing and paying in full they passed my case to different people in the office and none could fix my issue or communicate with me. At the end instead of resolving or researching into my case they dropped my case. They don’t know anything! Devastated I wasted my time and money here!!

I gave them a call and not even 30 seconds into the call, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. It's rude and unprofessional. They have to be better trained on customer service because a good customer service is checking in with the person on hold to let them know you have not forgotten about them. I'm glad I only wasted 10 mins instead of trying to hire them!
