This is certainly long overdue but well deserved. Mr. DeVito settled a MVA case for me and my mom earlier this year. This case went on for a few years and his consistency, persistence and professionalism never wavered. He maintained his commitment to helping us from beginning to end even when things weren't the easiest to navigate.
