I received three reports and the maximum penalty could have been jail time or a report of thousands of dollars. Top notch attorney, I was facing prison time and Mr Smolensky negotiated a plea deal to avoid 6.5 years in NJ State Prison(non violent weapons offense). Couldn't say a single negative thing. Mr. Smolensky was empathetic and kind to me. I had a minor issue that he resolved better than I could have hoped at a fair rate. While I hope I never need his services again I would confidently reach back out if I needed him.

Amazing work done! Mike is easy to talk to and communicate with, he’s very good at convincing and assuring everything will remain okay. From the thought of the worst; he made sure to make everything better and not a lot was took away from me. Patience is key.
