I got a traffic violation ticket and I contacted him and he told me all I had to do was send a picture of my ticket and license and he took care of everything else for me, like contacting the court and setting up a date. We all love to drive cars, but it's seems inevitable to get a ticket for a moving violation. Paying the fine is just the beginning, as your insurance rates will definitely rise for at least 3 years and those costs usually are more than the original fine. My advice, hire attorney Michael Harbeson to handle the problem for you. For a flat fee, sometimes less than the cost of the actual ticket, Michael is a magician in finding flaws in the system and getting your case dismissed. On the rare occasion, the court assesses a small fine, don't worry because Michael will cover those costs as a part of your flat fee agreement. I've used Michael for many years for tickets issued in Pierce, King and Snohomish counties. I'm obviously a terrible driver, but thankfully he's an exceptional attorney!
