I called the office when they were closed around Christmas time. Even though they were closed, one of the office ladies called me back with in the hour. She answered all of my questions and concerns with an estate matter and put me down in Mike’s calendar for a follow up call to go over everything else. I spoke to Mike and he gave me so much advice on next steps and what I need to do and assured me if I needed anything to give him a call. I whole heartedly recommend him to everyone and his office staff, they really are as good as the other reviews say they are.

Voiced the problem I was having to him over how to write a document I needed to get done quickly He gave me some sound advice on what to include in it, and how to file it at probate court. All this was done as a consultation no charge. His help was much appreciated.

I witnessed my neighbor who was looking for an attorney who handled Trusts. Mr. Koltarsky's Paralegal returned the call. We both found her very abrupt, rude, not allowing us to complete a single question and basically turning us away. My neighbor had not hired an attorney at this point, attempting to explain the attorney she was speaking of had written the original Trust. She stated she would relay the phone call to Mr. Koltarsky and he would return the call after lunch. Needless to say, that did not happen. I guess you have to learn how to get past the 'bulldog'! The attorney called my neighbor back last night and was equally as short and rude, disliking her asking any questions.
