Not the best, very low effort and commitment from Mike. Kelly was ok but at times rude and both made me feel like an inconvenience and they do not actually care about you, Mike Didn’t fight my case and settled and caused more issues it seemed. Like I said just low effort. Would ask for some one else if I could go back in time..ended up winning my criminal case with a different lawyer when Mike wouldn’t even try with my family case. Definitely don’t recommend him especially if you have a choice, choose someone else .

Mike is very knowledgeable, resourceful, and compassionate towards his clients. I recommend his services.

Very rude.lies to someone who doesn't have the law knowledge. Office assistants just as rude as him and ok with giving out wrong information to get you off the phone.

I called for a consultation, and Mr Garcia was very rude on the phone, I actually asked if I was bothering him by inquiring, as he was very short and not responding, lots of awkward silence in the whole 5 min phone call, and then I just said I would contact another firm and he replied 'do that' and hung up. Wouldn't recommended. Disappointing as he was recommended to me by a friend.

Mr Garcia handled my first family case for me in which I was facing losing my kids due to false allegations. Mr. Garcia protected my rights as a parent and the case went in my favor. Michael was very direct and straightforward regarding my situation. I did not have to repeatedly try and get updates from Mr. Garcia. I gave him anything I could to help him in my case, continued on in my day to day tasks while having trust and remaining patient. My case was over with the results I wanted before the judge even heard my case. I then looked to Mr. Garcia to represent me in another family law case. When I arrived I was more than 5 hours late for our scheduled appointment however Mr. Garcia still managed to fit us in his schedule. My experience when using other attorneys was that they make you feel as you need them only because they want your money. Mr. Garcia did exactly opposite. He literally reenacted the court process as if we were in the court room with the judge himself. He explained to me the correct terminology, how to file paperwork, how to present my case as well as told me what to expect from her attorney and how to protect myself against the things he would do or say. After leaving his office I really felt as I could handle the case alone however I felt it's best to leave that to someone experienced. Mr. Garcia's rates are a little higher than others, however the cost for reassurance and results is little compared to the relationship between me and my children. I would highly recommend Mr. Garcia to others as well as use him for any other family court issues.

My name is John Wayland Beene. I hired Mike Garcia to represent me February 2021 for my case in Trindad Colorado. I will keep this short...I would never use Mike Garcia again, nor would I recommend him to anyone, not even an enemy. He charged me $5k, which I paid in CASH, upfront. He did maybe 3 hours of work, total on my case. He then tried to get me to plead guilty to a 4th degree felony, with 2 years probation, and IF I stayed out of trouble, then the charges would be off my record. I thought he was either mentally deranged, or he wasn't working on my behalf. I say this because I was also offered, at the same time (in an email from the DA) , to just plead guilty to (2) misdemeanors, and only receive the same (2) years probation. The felony charge carried a MINIMUM 4-15 years in state prison. I decided, on my own behalf, to just take the (2) misdemeanors. For the record, I had ZERO priors, not even a speeding ticket on my record. If there were negative stars, I'd give them to him. It turns out he knew the judge pretty well, and he acted like he had never been to court in Trinidad. Lastly, he could not wait to take me off his client/customer list...pretty weird if you ask me, especially after getting $5,000.00 paid to him, all in twenty dollar bills.
