I am sorry but I have never spoken to or represented an individual by the name of Tony Fogarty. I believe you must have me confused with someone else.
I normally don't write reviews for businesses because I believe everyone should experience they're own perspective on a business. However.. this is not the case with this practice at first glance everything will seem normal and the "Lawyer" Michelle will walk you through what she believes is her set standard prices. Then when all said is done you will get charged for not only hidden fees she never mentioned in her contract but she will dupe you and say she did XYZ when she never has and claim she has done the work. What is XYZ you ask she will charge to leave you a voice mail, charge for emailing, charge for anything you send to her email, and can and will switch her prices on you if she's feeling nasty about it. Think twice before entering this lion's den she's something for sure. (would leave a negative star rating if it were possible).
I am sorry you feel that way. However, is it standard billing practice in the legal profession to bill at hourly rates for our time which rates are clearly spelled out in our fee agreement. Since we earn our fees based upon our time,, text messages, emails and telephone calls/messages are legitimate buiness practice charges. We wish you the best in your future legal endeavors.

The worst lawyer in the world. There is not enough time in a day for me to describe the unprofessional and disgusting experience I had with this firm. Her license should be revoked! I wouldn’t even rate her a 1 that’s too good for her and her poor excuse for a secretary!

Does not communicate in a timely manner. Does not know as much about the law as many other lawyers that I spoke with. I was unable to get a plan of action for my case from her in 2 months, but several other lawyers were able to give a game plan in 30 minutes that would win my case. Her legal advise came too late which was damaging to my case. Other lawyers were able to quickly express how they could get me out of the hole she had put me in.
I can't say enough of Michelle and her assistant, Kelly. I walked into the courtroom regarding a child support issue with complete confidence. Michelle is honest and straight forward. She is not out to run up your fee. You can tell she cares about her clients. I HIGHLY recommend her.
