Law Office of Mo Abusaft

I don't advise anyone to hire this law firm for an attorney. Mo Abusaft have one of the worst attitudes. He has a bad, "RUDE" behavior towards his clients. He took my son's money and would never answer any of his phone calls respond to any emails or text after receiving his money. He never filed anything to the courts on my son's behalf until he decided to sabotage his cases and side with the courts against his own client. After seeing him on the news assaulting victims I knew what my son said about him being so arrogant was true. And after the damage had been done, now everyone I meet is saying the same thing about MO Abusaft. I don't understand how he can hold his seat as a council members. 😕

Extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. He was dismissive and his demeanor was belittling which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I expected a high level of courtesy and competence, sadly none was received. Save your time and money and seek counsel elsewhere.

This guy could barely work at McDonald's, much less as an attorney. You'd be better off just representing yourself.

Mo is definitely a hard worker for the cause, I recommend him for any situation, he gets the job done, he did a good job for my son, God bless him

The best lawyer hands down. During the entire process I had trust in Mo, due to his confidence, proof of knowledge, as well as him acknowledging that we are all humans and sometimes go through tough times. No matter the charges I would most definitely recommend him to anyone. You will be happy with the ends results.

I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy never can get in touch with him and once I do he sound so annoyed that he have talk to you rushes you off the phone and don't have Mrs.Ashley answer the phone it's war world 3 then

Communication is bad and I wouldn’t recommend. My items were seized and I provided almost 2 months worth of notice to the firm after I paid and still missed the deadline. This has led to the government keeping my items. The firm returned my money and apologized.

Attorney Abusaft is an asset to myself, my family, and my church. He serves as the church attorney and gives sound advice on parliamentary procedures, contracts, and governance. Was really looking forward to Mr. Abusaft possibly helping me with my civil case. However the intake specialist was very rude while I was telling her my story. She treated me as if I was a criminal and as if I was wasting her time. She would cut me off in the middle of my story to spew pointless nonsense and then tell me to “hurry it up” and that she didn’t have all day. I wasn’t even able to describe why I needed help from this law firm because she kept cutting me off. I’ve never had that happen. I promise my 2 min of talking would have answered all of those questions that were asked. If you don’t want people to call and ask for your services then don’t advertise on the internet. Felt like I was inconveniencing her when all I wanted was help. Some of the things she was saying were kind of hurtful and triggered my trauma in regards to this case. I understand that this is a business but a little kindness goes a long way. Especially when you work at a law firm that is here to help people. Got mad because I referred to a person who violated my rights as a “girl”. If I’m calling to ask for representation because said “girl” did something that was unlawful, why are you defending her? To a potential client? Maybe listen to the story and you will understand why she was called a girl. It’s clear that calling here was a waste of time. That lady didn’t want to help, she wanted to belittle and debate. Crazy how when I call the law firms with white receptionists, they listen and at least act as if they are concerned, but when I call and speak to a fellow black person they are rude and aggressive. Messed up world we live in.

Has represented a family member and did a lousy job . Did not return calls canceled meetings . And didn't do his job as a professional . Very lazy . Sloppy even . I do not recommend this man !
