Nathaniel Shipp was recommended to us by Dagny’s Real Estate (a local agency in Wilton). My husband and I did not have a good experience working with Nate on the purchase of our home. I should have known that Nate was not the home closing attorney for us when he had ZERO comments on our proposed real estate contact from the seller which was based on a very old pro forma. We had a complicated, delayed closing and Nate did nothing to help clarify or speed up the process. A closing date was specified in the contract, the seller did not abide by the date and Nate said there was nothing we could do. I had to jump through hoops to find a temporary place for us to live at a higher expense. I can not recommend Nate or Dagny’s real estate. Find someone else - there are lots of better choices!
