I must say, without Nicholas and his services my family may still be separated and my home, still destroyed. Last year I had a terrible experience with hurricane Ian and my home insurance provider (NationW). After extensive damage to my roof, and interior water damage, my insurance company was looking to stick me with 90% of the bill to repair my home, I had hurricane insurance and what happened to my home was CLEARLY supposed to be covered. I understood they had large payouts to many customers, but what they were trying to do was completely wrong. I had no other choice, I decided I needed help to right the situation. I hired Nicholas to go to bat for me. Through his professionalism and fighter approach not only was Nicolas able to win me my full compensation to repair my home. He was also able to work out a payment for me that was more than fair and reasonable! I was able to have my roof replaced, internal electrical damage repaired, water remediation conducted, sheetrock replaced and saved the upstairs rooms of my home. I was so pleased with the work Nicholas had done I also decided to enlist his talents to help with the immigration process for my wife and 2 children from Colombia. I initially tried to handle the process on my own, and found myself in a mess of legal terms and contracts with the Department of Homeland Security that I simply could not navigate on my own. After a year of filling out documents incorrectly, and filing the wrong ones, Nicolas and his team were able to rectify the situation, and unite my family here in Florida! As far as my home and family are concerned, I owe my sanctity and peace at mind to the diligent work of Mr. Passantino. You hear nightmare stories about dealing with attorneys, but Nicholas only put mine to rest 👌🏻🇺🇸. Would recommend 10/10 !!
