I spent 3 years trying to fight a PTSD fraudulent civil lawsuit and a San Jose District Attorney charges. At the end of if, the victim was caught w/ swapped license plates and attempt to get rid of the vehicle caught in the situation; which worked in my favor to drop the civil lawsuit against me and 2 infractions from the District Attorney. It was my turn to countersue this con-man, but my civil defense lawyer refuses to do so, but she referred me to Nick. My boy Nick got Con-man's insurance to pay out and settle, but not w/out a fight. For those of you in the unfortunate situation of having to retain an accident attorney, I sympathize with you. However, I say with 100% certainty, Mr Reed turned what could have been a physically, emotionally, and financially distatrous situation into a positive one, that completely exceeded my expectations.
