That lawyer never answers the phone. Since my husband hired her, we've never been able to get in touch, but she sure charges a pretty penny. If it were up to me, I wouldn't even give her one star.

Please ignore all of the FAKE reviews that Google allows to damage her reputation. These are simply people who do not like her politics. Ms. Sepulveda is a warrior for immigrants - her clients and those in her community. We are so lucky to have her!

Attorney Norma is an incredible advocate and colleague. I have referred her clients for years without hesitation and they have ALWAYS been happy with her service. Think she's a bad lawyer yes but even worse as a Mayor for Harlingen it's terrible how she is never available for her citizens please be informed about this person and her true side before you judge this review

Started working with her back in January 2021, I joined the military to help adjust my parents status. She communicated well the first couple months and after we paid her all the money, she never returned a call or email. My parents cases are still not finished and at this point we are working with other attorneys but need a case file of what was done to begin with. Will not return calls regardless of the 48 hours, respond to emails or messages on the client portal. 4 years later in the military and still no hope for my parents. Would NEVER recommend.

They wouldn't answer my calls, voicemail (they didn't return my calls), emails, messages on the Portal, and NO ONE ever contacted me! If after you call and they don't answer or contact you, send an email, have proof that you contacted them and they ignored you! There's much more that happened afterward. They tried to get more money out of me. PLEASE think carefully before hiring this service. If you already have a case with them and they ignore you like they did us for years, find someone else for your mental health and your family's. That's what we ended up doing, and thank God we decided to.

After seeing Norma on Tiktok for a long time I decided to hire her to find out some information. After about a year of trying to get ahold of her and her leaving tiktok I felt robbed I called her office to get a refund and they never got back to me to this day still no refund and my issue has been resolved! DO NOT HIRE Norma!!!

Not satisfied $100 phone interview or $300 in person.. doesn't make sense...

The office customer service is absolutely the worst. Ive been calling for the past 2 months and trying to get an answer on an immigration case. They never follow up, they never call back, they give you the run around, oh but they sure want your money. I would NOT allow this office to take any legal case of mine to be honest. Look for a law firm that gives you excellent service, calls back, answers questions immediately, and is a professional. This law firm is not the one for sure.

Very happy with Ms. Sepulveda’s office and work! They did an amazing job on my case and am very grateful to her And her staff. I highly recommend her for immigration cases in Harlingen!
