Olegario Estrada is truly one of the best attorneys I’ve ever met. His dedication and determination to get justice done are truly inspiring. The worst representation I've hired. They don't fully disclose the process in which they will pursue for you. The process is very deceiving.They take your money and basically do the same thing you can do by walking into the courts yourself. Caution when hiring and ask plenty of questions. Not recommended

I highly recommend these lawyers; they helped me get some tickets dismissed. They were always attentive, explained everything clearly, and gave me peace of mind throughout the process. First off I want to thank Mr Olegario Estrada and his whole team for helping me stay free and raise my 2 boys. Let me explain to you why I would highly recommend Estrada law Office. I was charged with an aggravated robbery when I was 17 years old, I immediately contacted Estrada law office. I remember feeling nervous and anxious every time going to court, but watching the way Olegario moves at work helped me be at ease. Everybody knew him, prosecutors, judges, other attorneys. Nobody else was recognized like he was. Anyways I watched peers my age get the same charge and they got sentenced to 10 yrs, 25 yrs, 40yrs. He helped me get probation 5 years deferred, that’s the same amount of time they gave to 2 defendants who “snitched” or were on a state witness list, that is also the least amount of time u can get for a aggravated robbery. I can’t even put in words what I felt when they gave me 5years deferred probation instead of sending me to prison, I got another chance at life. 3 years into my probation I was a passenger in a vehicle that got pulled over, they found marijuana and a prohibited weapon (switch glock), my probation got violated. The gun was not mine but they still took me to jail and charged me with it. Prosecutor wanted me to do 15 years, prosecutor wouldn’t budge and that’s what he wanted me to do, 15 years for a gun that’s not mine. I can’t lie I was worried I thought I was going to have to do time and be away from my 2 boys for some years even though I knew the gun wasn’t mine. I had court for it yesterday, we had a contested hearing. I wish yall could had been there to see how easily he crushed the prosecutor. Court took maybe 5 min max. Judge looked at the prosecutor and said im reinstating him on probation. I went to work so happy after work, got out and took the mother of my kids to the movies, took a shower in my own shower, went to sleep in my own bed. I honestly feel like I owe Mr. Estrada my life. If you’re looking for a great attorney who isn’t scared of prosecutors, someone who will get the job done and be completely honest and open with you, someone who will fight for you like you’re their own son, stop looking and get in contact with Law Office of Olegario Estrada.

They wont try on your case, they'll just accept the conviction for you. Take your business elsewhere! (They also never answer the phone)
