Mr. Barrera, thank for your feedback. We understand where you are coming from. It was a difficult case, even though, you may see it differently. The previous history of the individual did affect the outcome and you were advised it may have an effect on the case. It wasn’t simple as black or white, the case had a lot of grey in the middle and the Judge took into account the individual’s previous history. We did try to limit the effect of his previous history by requesting a more favorable outcome than was contemplated by the Court; however, the Judge denied our request. The Judge based her decision on her analysis of the case. The final decision was determined on what she believed to be a reasonable outcome based on the circumstances (which you may not be in agreement with). We would like to inform you that Mr. Michael Terrazas is not affiliated with this Law Office. All our Immigration cases are handled by three of our Legal Assistants and he is not one of them. He does, however, refer cases to us but our Immigration Legal Assistants handle and work the cases. For instance, we have been and are currently working on the K-1 visa for your Fiancé.
