If you have a criminal charge, Otto is your guy! He came in, filed a motion to vacate and set aside my original plea, then got my charge dropped. He’s the best lawyer, hands down!

I strongly suggest . You don’t spend the time and money on this attorney . Professional/yes, trustworthy/no, honest/no, reliable / no . He spend more time talking about himself and other case , then the focus matter . He was wonderful at first until you paid him . He side with the police dealing with a criminal case . A family member referred us while he was handling their case . He took our money and did barely any work on the case. Failed to conduct deposition or key witnesses, never file any motions , made no effort to investigate; or prepared to go to trial . He wanted son to plead without proper ratification of this case . We terminated him and found a very good attorney .he refused to give us any back . I would never refer him to anyone . A public defender would have did better , but we found a good one with great results . I’m telling you get all his guarantees in writing

I met Mr Rafuse in 2013 when I was going through a divorce he was patient and very knowledgeable throughout the process, my out come was in my favor since I've recommended his services to family and friends with both family and criminal issues. He spends majority of his time talking about all the case he has taken and gotten them way less time, but he fails to mention majority of them corporate with the police so doesn't that mean they really helped their self? If your reading this review RUNNNN we paid him in full and switch lawyers within a month of obtaining him and he didn't give any of the money back.

Wouldn't recommend for divorce family law. Waste of time and money. Quoted me a price and then tripled the amount. Very poor communication. Thinking of submitting a complaint to bar if no refund is given.

Otto is an excellent lawyer. When I first met Otto I was at my wits end. My son was accused of a crime he did not commit. Otto worked deligently trying to prove my son's innocence. I spoke with two lawyers before I met Otto all they were interested in is getting their fees instead of showing compassion to help defend my son. It took some time but Otto succeeded on proving my sons innocence. The charges were dropped. Thanks Otto for a job well done.
