This Firm is truly Professional, dedicated and sincerely advocates for their clients even those who might not garner the financial attention that a larger corporation might gain. We are small time clients but we were unjustly pursued by an agressor who wanted to pursue legal action against us. He falsely accused us of rescinding a contract that was fraudulent to begin with. He attempted to decieve us into signing a contract regarding the acquisition of a dental practice. It was our first time purchasing a practice and the seller sought to avoid disclosing critical financials and past history regarding the practice and tried to unload his failing practice on us. He then pursued to accuse us fraudulently by manipulating contract terms and put us through a great amount of distress and fear. He sought to take advantage of small time clients like ourselves and thought we could be bullied into purchasing his practice that was riddled with problems and pitfalls. The offenders acts were predatory and he was ultimately pursing litigation against us but Parags Firm immediately came to our defense and agreed to represent us. We had the greatest experience with Parag who was sympathetic, heartfelt and even end refunding us funds to enhance our experience overall. His work was quality, and fast and his confidence was assuring, despite there being very little to gain from our case. His heart was sympathetic and his razor sharp legal skills was able to quickly and effectively disarm the aggressor. His efforts and experience had the case dismissed by the opposing legal cancel.
