EXCELLENT ATTORNEY! I highly recommend Patrick Mause if you need legal assistance. Patrick successfully appealed my MetLife disability claim. He provided a calm during my health storm in pursuing my legal right to disability that the insurance company rubber stamped "denied". His greatest attributes for me was his patience in listening, reviewing my health issues, providing sound legal advice and always communicating what the appeal process would entail and what steps we would need to take next. He answered my phone calls or emails promptly and in turn would call or email me to keep me informed. He scheduled a FCE (functional capacity evaluation) test for me that MetLife demanded but refused to arrange or pay for. It is a very expensive test that I could not afford to pay myself but with Pat's arrangement, the costs will be deducted from my claim benefits I will now be receiving again. Pat's own fee's are very reasonable and worth every bit. He made a difficult and stressful process smooth for me. I knew I could trust him to handle the appeal and take the burden of weight off my shoulders. I could not fight the big insurance company on my own while dealing with my cancer so finding a good attorney was essential who would fight for me. I am very grateful for all his help as well as his staff's kind help.

As a fairly new member of the Tucson community in 2012, I was at a loss to find a reputable Disability Insurance Attorney. M.S. had been diagnosed in 2007, and I had worked as long as the disease's progression allowed. I was fortunate to receive a referral from a friend to Patrick Mausse. Mr. Mausse is a very direct, down-to-earth, and kind individual. Moreover, having contracted his services, I was immediately provided timely and competent representation as I battled my employer over their LTD Insurance Carrier's decision to deny my claim for long term disability. He and his office staff were available and courteous, promptly providing me status updates and quickly returning calls. Ultimately, Mr. Mausse helped me win my appeal. His knowledge, work ethic, and disposition of kindness is the reason I am writing this review. I hope this helps to inform and guide others who may find themselves in the same plight I was in. Mr. Mause took on my case even though it was a small dollar case and treated it as if it was a muli- million dollar case. He worked hard for me.
