One of the things that I always try to do is make sure that my clients know what’s going to happen at every single court appearance. Particularly in a situation where someone pleads guilty. I always go to great lengths to explain every anticipated outcome of the plea. Joseph please call me immediately. I am assuming that this was meant for him and not me. But if I ever in my career get an offer of six digits I'm fairly certain I will take it!<br><br>There is nothing in the facts described in this review that in any way shape or form resemble any of my clients cases or any way that I would personally handle a case.<br><br>I ALWAYS accept cases on a FLAT FEE BASIS. Nothing is ever open ended. I have been practicing for 20 years and have never had an open ended fee agreement on a criminal case.<br><br>Criminal cases are generally divided into two parts. Everything before preliminary hearing, and then everything after, which is generally the trial. Like all other criminal defense attorneys the first stage is to hire an attorney up through and including the prelimary hearing. 95% of cases get resolved in that timeframe. It is only when the case cannot be dismissed or otherwise settled that the trial is necessary.<br><br>Whenever you hire me you always know where your case is in the process and what you've hired me to do.<br><br>It's always sad when someone feels as though their attorney has done them wrong. And I'm sorry to the person that left this review because they obviously feel whoever their attorney was did them wrong. And that is the difference between me and other attorneys.
