Hispanic people, I urge you to never go to this lawyer. They never help you with anything, they just take your money and after two years they drop your case and no other lawyer wants to take it. This is the worst.

He is an irresponsible lawyer he has no patience for his clients and doesn’t look out for them.

He cares nothing about your case. He will drop you in the middle of your case. He will not work on your behalf. I wish I would've did my research/Googled him before hiring him as my attorney.

He and Diana only take the money from your checks and will never fight for you, they only put up a front until two years have passed since your accident so that another lawyer cannot fight for you, all the people I have met in the clinics who have been their clients have told me the same thing, they also tell you that they have medical attention for life and it is also a lie, the clinics only tell you that they cannot attend to you anymore and they leave you with the same ailments, I have two herniated discs and a hip fracture and I have not been able to resolve either of the two things, in short as I told Diana to her face they are thieves

This attorney is the worst. He never did any work on my brother's workers comp case. Never reviewed accident scene photos, never contacted any witnesses. Never met with his client to help answer discovery. Never returns calls. Never notified my brother of his workers comp hearing and lost the case. Absolutely the worst.

I had to fire him. Just stay away from them. Call the TDI and they will help you with everything. You dont need a lawyer. Unless you want 200.00 be taken from your check to paid him for doing nothing, give them a call. He will have you go in and sign the documents so he can get paid. That is all that he will do. Good luck trying calling him after for updates with your case.

I’m not surprised to see his 2 star ratings at all. I called with a simple question asking about hours of operation and he was extremely RUDE, unprofessional. Clearly I will be going elsewhere, I recommend other do the same.

Terrible experience on my workers comp case. I should have turned around when I entered his barred-up windows and electric looked doors at his office. Hindsight is 2020. He does return calls, to bad my questions would never go answered. I would get responses like (Oh we'll cross that bridge when you come to it or let look into it). Not to mention he got into a huge argument with the BRC Lady hearing my case. After my trial, he turned to me and asked, (how do you think I did? Was there anything you would have done differently?) I was totally speechless. He was always in a hurry to get me off the line. But he never mind taking my money. When I did complain to him, he cuss me out. To his credit he did call back and apologize. If you need a good workers comp attorney. Please do your research, don't be a fool like myself.
