Mr. Ellis put on a very good show to begin with promising me. We will get the money owed to me from this apartment comp case that I was denied and if we didn’t like the sum, we would take it in front of the judge and let the judge decide which I think would be the best outcome for I’ve been to a pulmonologist wrote a letter stating I had to change careers and I have been retaliated against for my job by being put on light duty and not being put back to work . Their insurance company waited 49 days after my injury to send me to a panel doctor. One of their doctors, which then put me on light duty, and my job would not send me out to work for any light duty jobs and the insurance after receiving the light duty from the panel doctor denied my claim the very next day and told me to make them an offer. They admitted guilt imperial is hype me up until two weeks before a disposition that I had no idea about. He wants me to take $10,000 and when I say that’s not even my doctor bills, he quits and put lien on my money. Not only did he lie not only do I have a cut and dry case because they admitted guilt and they filed 49 days after my injury, I’m also entitled to work man’s compensation when I’m hurt on the job, especially from their negligence. I really believed in him and thought he wanted my outcome to be was I am entitled to but he did not. He wouldn’t hear me out and it’s my final say whether I wanna set $10,000 that’s not even covering my doctor bills and I’m gonna go in front of the judge that’s what we’re supposed to do. That’s Mr. Ellis’s job, but instead of Mr. Ellis doing his job he bogus backs out of it and put a lien on my money. I do not recommend him for any case in Atlanta, Georgia or anywhere around he’s lazy unprofessional and he lies.

Do not I repeat, do not use this law group. The not work for the customer, they are not interested in getting you the maximum amount for your case. Did not deal with Perry Ellis himself, the other attorney showed lack of empathy, not any type of care. the percentage they take is to high, you can find other reputable attorneys for less percentage. I was referred from a person I barely knew, & didn’t do my due diligence, they send you to there Doctors that don’t document all of what they should, then no one wants to take responsibility. They send off the offer without speaking to client. If you’re not making big bucks for them you will be doing all the leg work yourself. The only reason the have the black lady there is so they can’t be called … DISAPPOINTED, DISGUSTED, UNSATISFIED,
