I found this Law Firm on google, and after my first call with them, decided we should ask them to represent us once a lot became available in a certain development. Everyone is friendly, professional and helpful. As seems to frequently happen in real estate, we unexpectedly were offered to buy a lot, but were given a very short time frame to make this happen. Peter Irvine and his Staff went out of their way meet this deadline while also keeping us all safe Covid-wise! We signed the papers outdoors in a very expedient manner, and will request their help again when we sign the contract with our builder.
