After calling the office with legal issue, not only was the receptionist helpful, Mr. Jackson got me sorted out quickly and efficiently. I would use his services again if the need arises.

Very rude. Very simple question they couldn't answer, which was fine I understand they can't answer certain questions. But the receptionist was extremely rude and just hung up on me. Glad my situation wasn't a serious one.
