My accident was in September of 2024 and I am still trying to resolve the matter. I have never felt so unimportant as I do with this Law Firm. I hired them to represent me in an accident and apparently everything about me and my case is so unimportant to them and swept under the rug. I have been getting the same song and dance for almost a year now.. the law office that I hired States they will call me back before end of day and they have yet to accomplish even that for me. No one has to decency your courtesy to at least call me back and live up to their word saying that they would do that even just to tell me there's no update. Don't tell your client you're going to call them back if you have no intentions of calling them back. If you want to feel like you're important and your case is important, DO NOT come to this Law Firm. Also, every time I request to talk to Raul, he is never available never in the office. Glenda is the office manager and never has any clue about anything on my case.... Again, don't walk, RUN RUN RUN FAR away from this office!!!

All I want to know why my fiance and I supposed to be his top priority clients and it felt like we were pushed to the back burner. I've been waiting for my immigration papers for the past month and this lawyer keeps delaying everything. He keeps making promises to my fiance and I and I don't see any outcome of this. He keeps making excuses after excuses. I advised everyone not to share your personal information about your banking information or other passwords. I've seen all positive reviews on here but I had the balls to write a bad review. If my fiancé's father was still alive, he would literally be having a HUGE discussion with this lawyer in how he is treating us. Even though I am Canadian words can't even describe how I feel about this lawyer. I have a very bad feeling about this lawyer and I refused to listen and now I am paying for this mistake. I don't want anyone to go through in what I've been going through with this particular lawyer. I have a lot of anger built up and I am ready to explored towards this individual
