Was recommended to me by another law firm which couldn't help me at the time. Rich Cassidy's office couldn't either, but the lady sure helped me in any way possible to help me with my case and tried to help me with the proper steps to handle my own claim if need be. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because I don't know about the place that much so I couldn't rate it properly.

The office staff took care of me from the beginning to The end of my case. I dealt with Allison mostly. They answered all my questions, and seemed genuinely concerned about my wellbeing.
