Find another attorney. First scheduled appointment was cancelled by Richard due to personal issues. Second SCHEDULED appointment, he was not in the office. He does not return phone calls. Very unprofessional and lacks respect for peoples times.

Richard is an amazing attorney. I was in a car accident while i was 8 months pregnant. You can imagine how scary that was in itself. From day one, he made me feel comfortable that the issue would be resolved and that he would be working hard to get me awarded. He made me feel like he was only working on my case.
